1. What is Blue Collar Ranch Coffee? Blue Collar Ranch Coffee was built for the early risers, the late-night grinders, and the never-quit crowd. We specialize in roasting some of the world’s finest coffee for the ranchers, farmers, veterans, military, first responders, tradesmen, outdoorsmen, and sports enthusiasts who fuel this country with sweat and soul.
Founded and operated by a disabled veteran, our mission is simple: deliver damn good coffee to those who earn it the hard way. Every batch is roasted right here in the USA, with pride, precision, and purpose.

2. How do I place an order? You can place an order by visiting our store, selecting your desired coffee products, and proceeding to checkout. Follow the prompts to complete your purchase.

3. What payment methods do you accept? We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Shopify Payments.

4. How is the coffee shipped? Our coffee is shipped directly from our roasting facility to ensure freshness. We use reliable shipping carriers to deliver your order promptly.

5. How long will it take to receive my order? Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Shipping times may vary depending on your location, but you can expect to receive your order within 5-7 business days.

6. Can I track my order? Yes, once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the status of your shipment.

7. What is your return policy? We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your coffee to arrange a return or exchange. Please note that the coffee must be unopened and in its original packaging.

8. Do you offer subscriptions? Yes, we offer a monthly subscription that comes with a 5% discount. We are looking at bundling options as a future subscription option.

13. Do you offer gift cards? Yes, we offer gift cards in increments of $10, $25, $50, and $100. 

14. How do I manage my subscription? You can manage your subscription by logging into your account on our Shopify store. From there, you can update your delivery preferences, payment information, and more.

15. What should I do if I have an issue with my order? If you encounter any issues with your order, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We are here to help and will work to resolve any problems promptly.
