From Reseller to Roaster: Blue Collar Ranch Coffee Joins a Roaster Collective
Big news from the Ranch: Blue Collar Ranch Coffee has moved into its next chapter.
We are no longer simply reselling coffee produced by another roasting company. We have joined a roaster collective, where we work as part of a team to source green coffee, develop roast profiles, and roast coffee for the Blue Collar Ranch lineup.
That means more control, more creativity, better freshness, and a whole lot more coffee headed your way.
This change is a natural next step in our growth. Our previous roasting partner helped us build the foundation, serve our customers, and get Blue Collar Ranch Coffee moving. We are grateful for that part of the journey.
Now, we are ready to take a bigger hand in what goes into every bag.
What Does “Roaster Collective” Mean?
A roaster collective brings together coffee brands, sourcing knowledge, roast development, and professional roasting infrastructure.
Through the collective’s roasting operation, Blue Collar Ranch Coffee participates in the process instead of simply putting another company’s coffee under our label.
As a collective, we:
- Source green coffee from trusted suppliers
- Evaluate coffees by origin, quality, and flavor profile
- Develop roast profiles for different beans and blends
- Roast through professional U.S.-based roasting infrastructure
- Continue improving our lineup based on customer feedback
- Launch new coffees, flavors, sizes, and seasonal offerings regularly
In plain English: we have more say in the coffee we offer and more room to build products specifically for the people we serve.
That means coffee for the early shift, the ranch truck, the patrol car, the jobsite, the hunting camp, and the kitchen table before a long day begins.
Fresher Coffee, Shipped Faster
One of the biggest improvements is freshness.
Our current roast-to-ship timeline is approximately 2–4 days. That means your coffee is roasted and moving toward you quickly instead of sitting around for months waiting to be sold.
Fresh coffee matters. It affects aroma, flavor, body, and the overall experience in your cup. Whether you brew a dark roast black, add cream and sugar to a medium blend, or make a quick cup before heading out the door, you deserve coffee that is ready to work when you are.

New Flavored Coffees Are Here
Our previous lineup did not include flavored coffees. That has changed.
We now offer several flavored coffee options built on specialty-grade coffee, including:

These are not meant to replace the bold, straightforward roasts our longtime customers already enjoy. They give you more choices.
Dubai Chocolate brings rich cocoa and dessert-like sweetness. S’mores brings toasted marshmallow, milk chocolate, and graham cracker flavor inspired by nights around the fire. Pumpkin Spice brings seasonal spice without requiring a trip to the coffee shop. Candy Cane adds mint and vanilla for a holiday-ready cup.
For classic flavored coffee fans, French Vanilla, Hazelnut, and Cinnamon Hazelnut are built for easy morning drinking and long workdays.

New Specialty Coffees for Coffee People
We are also expanding beyond everyday blends and flavored coffee with specialty offerings that bring something different to the cup.
Whiskey Barrel Coffee
Our Whiskey Barrel coffee starts with Guatemalan coffee aged for a minimum of 30 days in a formerly used whiskey barrel. It is then roasted to a smooth medium profile.
The result is a coffee with a distinctive barrel-aged character without turning the cup into a gimmick. It is a good choice for anyone who wants to try something outside the usual breakfast blend or dark roast.
Cold Brew Coffee
Our Cold Brew coffee is built for smooth extraction, with tasting notes of chocolate, toffee, and floral tones.
It works well for cold brew or nitro-style preparation, making it a solid option for hot afternoons, long shifts, and anyone who likes their coffee cold but still wants real coffee flavor.
New Blends, Sizes, and Single Origins Are Coming
Joining the collective gives us room to keep developing the lineup.

Single-origin coffee will also become a larger part of what we offer. These coffees highlight the character of a particular growing region instead of relying on a blend of multiple origins. As new coffees arrive, we will share their origin, roast profile, and flavor notes so you can decide what belongs in your grinder.
Our Functional Coffee Line Is Still Going Strong
The move to the roaster collective does not mean we are leaving behind the products that customers already rely on.
Our functional coffee line remains available, including:

- Coffee with Mushrooms: Dark Roast
Steel Nerves is made for convenience. Add it to hot water, stir, and get moving. Our ground mushroom coffees combine specialty-grade roasted coffee with lion’s mane, cordyceps, and reishi mushroom powders.

Coming in 2027: Blue Collar Wifey Artisan Loose Leaf Teas
Coffee is still our core mission, but the Ranch is expanding.
In 2027, we plan to introduce Artisan Loose Leaf Teas from the new Blue Collar Wifey tea line. The collection is being developed as a companion line for customers who enjoy tea, want another option in the afternoon, or are looking for something different from coffee.
The Artisan Loose Leaf Tea Collection is not fully stocked yet, but the collection page is ready for future releases. We will share more details as the teas become available.
The Standards Are Not Changing
A new roasting structure does not mean lower standards. If anything, it gives us more tools to protect them.
